Vietnam expects 25 million international visitors in 2026. Most of them cannot read your menu.

Tourists want to eat at your place. The menu stops them.

A guest who cannot read the menu orders the one dish they recognise, or walks out. Either way you earn less than the table was worth.

  • Google Translate on a paper menu

The camera reads “bún bò” as “beef vermicelli soup wine”. The guest laughs, orders fried rice, and never tries your best dish.

  • Staff explaining with hand gestures

The same five questions, forty times a shift. What is in it, is it spicy, does it have peanuts. Tables wait, tips drop.

  • A printed English menu that goes stale

It costs money, it covers one language out of twenty, and the first price change makes it wrong.

JJeat removes the barrier in minutes, not weeks. Here is how.

You already pay to get a tourist through the door. JJeat makes sure they order more, come back, and bring the next one.

Earn more

Four ways the same tourist pays you more

Every tool in JJeat exists to move one of these four numbers. Nothing else.

  1. 01

    Higher average bill

A guest who can read what bún chả is orders it, plus the dessert and the second drink. Photos and descriptions in their language sell the dishes your staff never get to explain.

  2. 02

    Fewer mistakes at the table

The order reaches the kitchen in Vietnamese exactly as the guest chose it, with the table number and notes like “no peanuts”. No pointing, no guessing, no dishes sent back.

  3. 03

    Guests come back

Winning a new guest costs 5 to 25 times more than bringing back one who liked the food. JJeat messages past guests in the app they already used, in their language, with your offer to return.

    Harvard Business Review

  4. 04

    More reviews, more new guests

After the meal we ask how it was. A happy guest gets a one tap link to review you on Google Maps. An unhappy one reaches you privately, before they reach the internet.

Return and reviews

We bring them back. And their friends.

A tourist stays in your city for a few days and tells the next tourist where to eat. JJeat works on both.

Guests come back on their own phone

When a guest opens your menu or chats through a messenger, JJeat remembers that channel. A few days later they get your offer in the same app, in their language. You choose the offer and the timing, we write and send it.

  • Works in Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk, LINE and WeChat
  • Written in the guest’s language, signed with your restaurant name
  • You approve the offer once, nothing goes out without you

Feedback you control

After paying, the guest rates the meal inside the menu. Four or five stars opens a one tap button to post a review on Google Maps. One to three stars opens a short question, and the answer goes to your Zalo immediately, not to the internet.

  • Bad experiences reach you first, while the guest is still at the table
  • Good ones become fresh Google reviews that push you up in Maps
  • Every answer is translated to Vietnamese and kept in one inbox

How it works

Three steps. The third one is putting a sticker on a table.

No typing, no designer, no translator. Your phone does the work and the AI does the rest.

Put QR codes on the tables

We send printed stickers and a stand for the entrance. A guest scans, picks a language, reads, orders.

From photo to a working digital menu in under 10 minutes. Then it stays up to date on its own.

The tools

Everything that makes those four numbers move

One account, one QR code on the table, and every tool below working for the same guest.

  • Menu in 24 languages

A guest scans the QR at the table and reads dish names, descriptions and prices in Korean, Chinese, Russian, English and 20 more. Translations understand food, so bún chả stays bún chả.

  • Change a price once, not 24 times

Edit a dish in your phone and every language updates the same second. No reprinting, no retranslating, no outdated prices on a table.

  • Orders land on your phone

Guests pick dishes in the menu and send the order. You get it in Vietnamese, in Zalo or in the JJeat app, with the table number.

  • Chat without a shared language

The guest writes in Japanese, you read it in Vietnamese. You answer in Vietnamese, they read Japanese. Questions about allergies and spice stop being guesswork.

  • Photos that sell the dish

JJeat collects dish photos from your Google Maps page and shows the menu as swipeable stories. Guests order with their eyes, and the average bill goes up.

  • Return messages to past guests

A guest who opened your menu in WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Telegram or Zalo gets your offer in that same app, in their language, on the day you choose.

  • Reviews on Google Maps

Happy guests are asked to review you in one tap. Unhappy ones talk to you first. Fresh reviews lift you in Maps for the next tourist searching “restaurant near me”.

Technology

AI that reads, sorts, translates and answers

Four models work behind one photo so you never have to open a spreadsheet.

  • Reads any menu photo

Handwritten boards, laminated sheets, faded prints. The recognition model pulls out dish names, prices and sections from a single phone photo.

  • Builds the structure

Dishes land in categories with prices and descriptions. You review the result once, fix anything odd, and it becomes your source of truth.

  • Translates with food context

The translation model knows Vietnamese cuisine. Phở bò is explained, not mangled. 24 languages, including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Hebrew.

  • Answers guests for you

An AI assistant recommends dishes for “no gluten” or “not spicy” and answers common questions. When it does not know, it asks you once and remembers the answer.

  • Found by AI search

Your dishes are published as structured data, so when a tourist asks an AI assistant for “grilled chicken near me”, your restaurant can be the answer.

  • Shows what works

See how many guests scanned, which language they chose and which dishes they opened most. Decide what goes on the first page.

Questions

What restaurant owners ask us before they register

Do I need to type my menu into the system?

No. You photograph the paper menu with your phone. JJeat reads the dishes, prices and sections and builds the digital menu. You only check the result and fix anything that looks wrong.

What if the AI translates a dish incorrectly?

Open the dish, tap the language and edit the text. Your correction is saved and the AI uses it for similar dishes later. The translation model is trained on Vietnamese cuisine, so names like bún chả or bánh xèo are explained rather than translated word by word.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. The first screen asks which language they want.

Which languages are supported?

English, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Czech, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, Polish, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino, Kazakh, Hindi, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Khmer and Lao. Vietnamese is always there for your staff.

How do I receive orders?

Three ways, and you choose. The guest can show the finished order on their screen in Vietnamese. The order can be sent to your Zalo. Or you use the JJeat app, where orders appear with the table number and you mark them as done.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan costs nothing, ever, and includes the translated menu and QR codes. Pro is $49 a month, about 1,250,000 ₫, and adds orders, chat with translation, the AI assistant and analytics. You can stop Pro any month.

Who makes the QR stickers?

We print and deliver table stickers and an entrance stand after you register. You can also download the QR codes and print them yourself at any print shop.

Can I change prices during the season?

Yes, as often as you like. Change a price in your phone and every guest who scans after that sees the new one, in every language.

Is JJeat only for restaurants?

Today it is built for restaurants, cafés, bars and street food. Spas, motorbike rentals, tour agencies and guides are next. Register and we will tell you when your type is ready.

How do you bring guests back?

When a guest opens your menu or chats through a messenger such as Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram or KakaoTalk, JJeat can message them later in that same app. You pick the offer and the timing, we write it in their language and sign it with your restaurant name. Guests who never opened a messenger are not contacted.

What happens when a guest is unhappy?

After paying, the guest rates the meal inside the menu. One to three stars opens a short question and the answer goes to your Zalo right away, not to the internet. Four or five stars shows a one tap button to post a review on Google Maps. You see every rating, translated, in one inbox.

Where do I get help?

On Zalo, from a team that speaks Vietnamese, every day. Pro restaurants get an answer the same day.
